PixelPacific Privacy Policy

PixelPacific builds focused software and keeps data collection narrow. This policy covers PixelPacific websites, support requests, apps, and games including Threadhall, TrapTally, and Al's Basement.

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Threadhall

Threadhall is a companion app for organizations that already use a Threadhall tenant. The app connects to the workspace address and sign-in method provided by your organization.

Threadhall data is controlled by the tenant your organization operates. Available modules, records, permissions, and sign-in options depend on that tenant configuration.

PixelPacific does not use the Threadhall App Store app for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

TrapTally

TrapTally does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data.

Roster names, squads, scorekeepers, results, schedules, team branding, school logos, and PDF reports are stored locally on your iPad. PixelPacific does not operate an account system or cloud sync service for TrapTally.

TrapTally does not include third-party advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, user accounts, payments, or public user-generated content.

Al's Basement

Al's Basement is an offline single-player Mac game. It does not require an account, subscriptions, analytics, advertising, or network services to play.

Local game settings, progress, and custom room files stay on the Mac unless you choose to move, share, or back them up outside the game.

PixelPacific does not collect gameplay telemetry or sell, rent, or share Al's Basement player data.

Support Requests

If you contact PixelPacific through a support form or email, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request, diagnose the issue, and maintain our support records.

Do not send sensitive roster, student, or school records unless PixelPacific specifically asks for a limited diagnostic sample.
